Chattox Cottage is a modern conversion from 2 semi-detached cottages to 1 large detached cottage. It has the benefit of double glazed windows and central heating. There is a small front garden. The property has an ample supply of bedclothes, duvets, towels, linen, pillows, crockery, cutlery, pans etc. which are all included. Heating and lighting is also provided at no extra cost. There is an iron and ironing board and a cot. The cottage sleeps 6.

Upper Lounge
The upper lounge is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating, a television and dvd player, and a range of books and dvds. There is also additional heating if rquired.

Lower Lounge
A small flight of stairs leads down from the upper lounge to the lower lounge, also comfortably furnished with seating and equipped with an open fireplace.

Kitchen and Dining Area
A flight of steps leads down from the lower lounge to the kitchen, which is very large and spacious and contains a full array of modern units, a double oven and large dining room table and chairs.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom contains a large double bed, wardrobs and other cupboards. There is a spare television and video player.

Second Bedroom
This bedroom has a set of bunk beds, and chest of drawers.

Third Bedroom
The third bedroom has a single bed with a chest of drawers.

Fourth Bedroom
The attic bedroom, contains a double bed and 2 sets of drawers.

Bathroom
The bathroom contains a bath, shower, wash basin and w.c.
